TAMO is a valve and instrumentation supply company that supply a wide range of products for both standard and specialist industrial applications.

We supply to all market sectors including Oil / Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Food, Motor Racing, Semi-Conductor and Power Generation.

Our valves and instrumentation are suitable for applications from full vacuum to +725 bar and temperatures from cryogenic to +400 C.

Our flow & pressure instrumentation is suitable for a wide range of flow & pressure applications. Using mechanical & electronic instruments.

TAMO also produce custom Instrumentation for special or OEM applications as well building systems, panels and test rigs for our clients.

As part of our manufacturing & assembly we have test rigs for setting and testing relief valves, flow switches and pressure switches.

TAMO has for over 25 years been involved in assembly outsourcing.

This originally was mainly for customers purchasing components from us who were looking at assembly outsourcing and saw the advantages in outsourcing a control panel, test rig or system to a supplier of one of the major components.

Assembly outsourcing has increased tremendously over the past few years and we have been involved in the assembly outsourcing of control panels, test rigs and systems even where they have not previously been supplying components.

Cost reduction is a major part of assembly outsourcing & Tamo have the personnel / systems in place to provide this to meet customer requirements, along with other services like Kanban supply.

TAMO are certified by the BSI to ISO9001:2008 and are a member of the British Cryogenics Council.

We are based close to Heathrow Airport and the M4 & M25 which offers us superb communication and transport connections that enable us to support our clients in the UK and on an Export basis.

Started in 1959 we have constantly developed and expanded our range of products and services to ensure we continue to offer the very best in Valves, Instrumentation and Special Control Systems.

Wasco

Wasco Inc. is a highly recognized manufacturer of pressure and vacuum switches that supplies the Semiconductor, Automation, Fluid Power, and Hydraulic industries.

Wasco has been in business since 1963. Initially through the utilization of automatic screw machines and other machine shop equipment, Wasco manufactured parts for other customers. In 1975 Wasco started working on a pressure and vacuum switch product line utilizing existing equipment and many years of previous pressure switch design experience. Since then, three CNC bar fed turning machines were purchased to provide more unique and efficient designs. Research, development and testing equipment purchased through the years have assisted in proving out the more sophisticated applications to our customers.

Wasco's has an entire range of precision miniature pressure and vacuum switches. This includes models certified not to leak at the rate greater than 1 X 10 -9 cc/second of helium and manufactured in a class 100 clean room.

Steriflow Valves

In the late 80's and early 90's, the burgeoning biopharmaceutical market place was a hotbed of new valve innovation. New biologic process design required new valve technologies. Some of the early process design companies in this industry who were familiar with Jordan Valve's unique sliding gate regulators approached them about manufacturing pressure regulators to the exacting design standards and surface finish requirements in biopharm applications.

They did, and within 10 years the Steriflow Regulator by Jordan Valve became the most frequently specified pressure regulator for the Biopharm applications.

In 2006 the Steriflow Valve division was created to foster this innovation and increase the product line's phenomenal market growth. Since that time they have introduced a broad range of industry first products for our customers to the exacting standards of ASME BPE.

The FDA and USP Class VI certified Jorlon diaphragms (for regulators and control valves) offer another industry first: a lifetime warranty, even when used on continuous clean steam service up to 75 psig.

The Steriflow sanitary product range includes sanitary control valves, sanitary pressure regulators and sanitary back pressure regulators.

Pinter

The history of PINTER Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH began in 1950 when the former Metz Reglerbau was founded in Mannheim, Germany.

The product range comprised of instruments for measurement and controls.

The company grew and in 1964 the non-incorporated company became a capital company.

Until the 90s Metz expanding its range of products and services, such as plant engineering and construction.

In 1998 PINTER Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH takes over the so called "Pressure Switch Division" from former Metz Mannheim GmbH located in Schoenbrunn, near Heidelberg.

Currently the main product of the "Pressure Switch Division" is the proven and internationally renowned MANCOCOMB precision pressure switch. These pressure switches have been continuously developed and modernized since that time.

Today, the manufacturing range comprises a comprehensive range including pressure switches, vacuum switches and differential pressure, transmitters, pressure gauges and chemical seals.
